A truly fantastic B&B near Ulsoor Lake, Bangalore. The staff and management were true professionals. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with coffee making facilities, tv and a fridge. It was an amazing experience. Starting from the day I blocked the hotel everything was beautiful. Mrs Nalini is so quick in responding and arranging a pleasant stay. Mr Neelkandan amazed me with following up my travel. He gave all the details regarding the hotel. Patrick the attender was so good. Brought food on time. On the whole it’s a feel good positive stay. I was stayed at havilla lake point service apartment from 27/12/24 to 12/02/24 for medical treatment of my mother at BM jain hospital vasanthapuram.We have a huge challenge to get her healing as we have underwent spine surgery for few many times.We have to discharge from hospital without any choice.We have tried to pursue the service apartment nearby hospital and finally we found havilla lake point. As Mr.Preethvi Phani a owner of havilla has been accepted to accomodate the facility to my mother treatment as she requires a walking support everyday without any thought as manager Mr.Neelakandan , Mr.Venkatesh Mr.Nalini and almost all the supporting people of havilla has supported her for walking everyday. It's heartening that Havilla Lake Point service apartment provided such essential support during your mother's medical treatment. It sounds like they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and contribute to her healing process. It's wonderful that my mother experienced improvement after their assistance. Thanks a lot to Sir.Preethvi Phani and havilla team for a wonderful support.

We had a Wonderful Experience here, Very Courteous Staff, Prompt Service, Comfortable & Clean Rooms, Very close to Restaurants & Ulsoor Lake, esp. for a nice morning walk. Havilla is a great property in Bangalore. I am informed that this property is under both Ministry of tourism Govt. of India & Dept. of tourism Govt. of Karnataka & has been recognized as the highest rated property in the State of Karnataka. It truly stands up to its recognition. Right in Bangalore down town restaurant, shopping, malls are just within 5 - 10 minutes of Havilla with Bangalore's notorious unruly conjusted traffic. Staying at Havilla is a boon for everything being so close. The room is hygenic & service is better than the best you can get anywhere in the world. 10 cheers for Havilla Lake Point & is highly recommended for families or business professionals alike.
